Roxanne has over 10 years’ experience as a HR Professional with her most recent role being HR Manager of Queensland’s Largest Gold Mine. Roxanne has worked across a variety of sectors, such as Mining and Resources, Banking and Finance and Automotive in both large and small organisations. Roxanne brings a fresh perspective to the HR sector and is dedicated to offering personalised services tailored to small and medium sized companies. Roxanne believes in building trusting relationships with management and employees to fully understand the HR needs of the business and therefore enabled to deliver the best possible solutions for your business.
